Do you need access to my cloud account?
Yes, a least-privilege IAM user or role for the task. I tell you exactly which permissions are needed, and you can revoke them after delivery.
Which clouds and tools do you work with?
AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, Hetzner and plain VPS. Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), ECS Fargate, Docker, Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Prometheus and Grafana. I work inside your existing repo and conventions.
Can you host AI tools like n8n, Ollama or a Claude agent for me?
Yes, this is a common request. This gig covers the hosting, TLS, backups, monitoring and hardening. For building the automation or agent itself, see my AI automation gigs, or message me and I will scope both together.
What does the Basic package cover?
One specific issue: a broken pipeline, SSL or DNS problem, failed deploy, scaling or cost question. If it turns out to be bigger, I quote the difference before doing more work, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after delivery?
Yes. Every package includes 7 to 30 days of post-delivery support. Beyond that I offer monthly maintenance with updates, backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly report, as a gig extra or a custom offer.
Will you work directly on production, and can you do it today?
Yes, with care: I take a backup or snapshot first, work in a maintenance window you approve, and keep a rollback ready. Same-day help is usually possible; message me and I'll confirm before you order.
