What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your site/app (staging link or credentials), and any existing requirements or user flows. If you don't have documented flows, I'll walk through the app myself and confirm scope with you first.
Which tools do you use?
I don't rely on paid QA tools everything I do is manual, documented with screenshots, screen recordings, and written reproduction steps in a shared doc or spreadsheet.
Can you test both Android and iOS?
Yes, on real devices and emulators. Let me know your target OS versions so I can match my test environment.
How do you deliver bug reports?
A structured report with severity level, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual result, and a screenshot or screen recording for every bug in a shared spreadsheet/doc otherwise.
What's your turnaround time?
Basic: 2 days. Standard: 3-4 days. Premium: 5-7 days. Rush delivery available. message me first.
Do you retest after bugs are fixed?
One retest round is included in Standard and Premium. Additional retest rounds can be added.
