I build invoicing apps in Flutter - one codebase, iOS and Android.
SCOPE, STATED UP FRONT: this is a SINGLE-OWNER business app. Your account, your invoices, one login. It is not a multi-tenant or multi-vendor system, it does not give each of your customers their own login, and it is not sold as one.
NOT IN ANY PACKAGE AT ANY PRICE: payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, SSLCommerz), and receipt scanning or OCR. Both are quoted separately as new work. Ask before ordering.
The money maths ships with unit tests, because totals that drift are the one bug an invoicing app cannot survive.
Tax rules, discount order and currency get settled in writing before the clock starts. That is where invoice-app disputes come from, and it is why the order requirements ask what they ask.
Basic drops one invoice screen with a real A4 PDF into your app. Standard is the whole invoicing app. Premium adds a Firebase backend, an owner web panel and multi-currency.

FAQ
How do extras affect my delivery date?
Extras add their days to your package's window, and per-unit extras multiply by your tier's app and panel count. Worst case with every extra: Basic 13 days, Standard 16, Premium 26. I confirm the combined date in writing before accepting.
What counts as a revision?
One batched written list of changes to what was specified in your order requirements. Anything outside them is a new feature - an extra or a new order, not a revision.
Is multi-currency in every tier?
No - Premium only. Basic and Standard use the single currency you name in your order requirements.
