What file formats do you accept?
I can work with STL, OBJ, PLY, 3MF, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, Fusion 360, SolidWorks files, and most common mesh or scan formats. If you're unsure, just send me your file and I'll review it.
Will you simply convert my STL into STEP file?
No. I create a proper parametric CAD model rather than just changing the file extension. This produces a clean, editable SolidWorks or Fusion 360 model suitable for manufacturing and future modifications.
Can you convert a 3D scan data into an editable CAD file?
Yes. I can rebuild accurate CAD geometry from 3D scan meshes, provided the scan quality is sufficient. The final deliverables can include STEP, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, IGES, and other CAD formats.
