What information do I need to provide?
Ideally existing floor plans, sketches, or photos of the space. Photos of any furniture would also be helpful. If you have survey measurements that works too. If you're unsure, message me before ordering and we can work out what's needed.
What file format will I receive?
All drawings are delivered as PDF by default. Source files in Revit, DWG or SketchUp format are available as an add-on.
Can you produce drawings for planning applications?
I can produce accurate 2D drawings suitable for planning purposes. However planning application submission and liaison with local authorities is not included in these packages.
What's the difference between a Premium Render and a Simple Render
A Simple Render is a 3D visual showing standard quality materials and colours to give a notional idea of what the space will feel like. A Premium Render is a highly realistic visual allowing a more accurate understanding of textures, colour palettes and lighting.
