I will clean and organize your excel or CSV data
About this Gig
Need a clean, consistent dataset for analysis or reporting? I am a Big Data and AI Engineer with engineering experience since 2018. I help organize Excel and CSV files and check their quality.
Within the agreed package scope, I can:
- Remove duplicate records using rules you approve.
- Standardize dates, text, categories and number formats.
- Identify missing values and inconsistent entries.
- Reorganize columns and combine compatible files.
- Deliver cleaned files and a short summary of changes.
Packages cover 100, 200 or 300 total rows across the included files. File, column and cleaning-rule limits are listed in each package. For larger datasets, complex joins or reusable Python scripts, message me for a custom offer before ordering.
I use Excel, Python and SQL as appropriate. Share a sample, your cleaning rules and expected output so we can agree on scope.
Uncertain values are flagged for review. The original data is kept separately. Revisions cover the agreed rules and supplied dataset.
FAQ
What counts as a cleaning rule?
One clearly defined operation, such as removing duplicates using selected columns, standardizing one date format, or normalizing specified text columns. Please share your rules before ordering if the scope is unclear.
How are package limits counted?
The 100, 200 or 300 row limit is the combined total across all files. File, column and cleaning-rule limits also apply. Please message me for larger files or complex joins before ordering.
Will you fill in missing values?
Only when you provide an agreed, reliable rule. Otherwise, I flag missing or uncertain values for your review rather than inventing data.
What will I receive?
Cleaned Excel or CSV files and a short summary of changes. The original data is kept separately. Reusable automation scripts are not included in these packages; ask for a custom offer if needed.
What does a revision cover?
Corrections or refinements within the agreed cleaning rules and supplied dataset. New files, new rules or additional analysis require a separate scope.
