I will build a responsive React landing page from your approved copy, branding and reference direction. My experience includes building a live application website and recruiter dashboard.
The starter build includes:
- One page with up to four content sections, plus simple navigation and footer
- Layout checks at mobile, tablet and desktop widths
- One client-supplied hosted-form embed or link
- Basic page title, meta description, headings and image alt text
- Source code, setup instructions and a test checklist
You receive working code, not just a screenshot. One consolidated revision covers adjustments to the agreed design and content.
Please supply licensed images, approved copy and your form destination. AI-assisted development is used with human review and agreed tool/material permissions.
Hosting, domain fees, backend/database work, logins, checkout, analytics and guaranteed conversions are excluded. No sensitive-data forms.

Will the page work on mobile?
I check the agreed page in a current Chromium browser at mobile, tablet and desktop widths, including navigation and the agreed call to action. This is not exhaustive device/browser testing or accessibility certification.
Are hosting and a domain included?
No. You receive source code and setup/deployment instructions. Domain, hosting, form-provider and other third-party charges are not included. Live deployment or access to your hosting account needs a separate agreed scope.
Can you add a contact or signup form?
The starter supports one client-owned hosted-form link or approved embed, not a custom backend. You supply the destination and approved consent wording. No payment, identity, health or other sensitive-data forms. Synthetic test submissions require permission.
What do you need from me?
Your approved copy, brand colors, licensed images/logo, four desired sections, reference direction and intended call to action. We agree these before work starts; copywriting and new branding are outside the starter scope.
What does the revision include?
One consolidated round of corrections or design/content adjustments within the agreed page. Extra sections, a new design direction, backend features, integrations and ongoing support require a separate agreement.
Do you use AI tools?
I use AI-assisted development and review and test the final code. We agree specific tools and material permissions before processing your content. Do not send confidential code, personal records or secrets without an approved workflow. Ask about non-AI requirements before ordering.
