Basic covers account setup, branding, About page and a subscriber signup form. Standard covers adds a welcome email and spam protection. Premium adds tracking,paid subscriptions list clean up, extra email templates and a video walkthrough.
What do you need from me to start?
Your newsletter name, a one line description, and your logo or brand colours. If you don't have a logo yet, tell me and I'll suggest a simple option.
Can you set up paid subscribers on my Substack?
Yes. Standard and Premium include paid subscription setup, with pricing tiers and a connected Stripe account. You choose your prices. I set it up.
Can you connect a custom domain?
Yes, in Premium, or as an add on. I'll guide you through the domain settings so your newsletter loads on your own web address.
Can you import my existing subscribers?
Yes. Send me a CSV of your email list and I'll clean out duplicates and invalid addresses before importing. Only upload contacts who have agreed to receive your emails.
Do you design the newsletter, logo and email header?
I set up your branding using your logo and colours, and format your email header and About page. Full custom logo design is not included. Message me first if you need it.
How long does delivery take?
Basic takes 2 days, Standard 4 days and Premium 7 days. Fast 24 hour delivery is available as an extra.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Extra revisions can be added for a small fee.
Do you guarantee subscribers or revenue?
No. I build a clean, professional publication. Growth depends on your content and audience, so I don't promise subscriber numbers or income.
Can you set up Beehiiv or move me from another platform?
Yes, as add ons: Beehiiv setup instead of Substack (+$20) and migration from another platform (+$25). Message me before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
