Got a spreadsheet full of duplicates, mixed date formats, stray spaces and names typed five different ways? Send it over and I will return a clean, consistent file you can use right away.
What I do: remove duplicates, fix capitalization and spacing, standardize dates, phone numbers and addresses, split or merge columns, fix obvious typos, and flag rows I am not sure about instead of guessing.
How I work: I use AI tools to speed up the work, and I personally review the result before delivery. You get the cleaned file plus a short note listing what changed and any rows that need your decision. Your original file is never overwritten.
Please send: the file (CSV, XLSX or Google Sheet link), and a line or two on how you want it to look. Files with sensitive personal data: remove anything I do not need first.
