What do you need from me to get started?
Just a clear description of what you need and any existing materials content, branding, access to current systems. I'll send you a short list after you order. If you're unsure what you need, message me first and we'll work it out together.
Do I own everything once it's delivered?
Yes. You get full ownership of the final work, plus everything needed to run it. No lock-in, no ongoing licence fees, no dependency on me to keep it working.
What if the first version isn't what I wanted?
That's what revisions are for, and every package includes them. Tell me what's off and I'll fix it. This is also why I encourage a quick message before you order the clearer the brief, the fewer rounds we need.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. There's a monthly maintenance option as an extra, covering monitoring, updates and small changes. You can also add it later just message me
My project seems bigger than your packages. What now?
Message me with the details and I'll send a custom offer. Most larger projects are better scoped properly than squeezed into a fixed package.
Do I need to know n8n or anything technical to use this?

Everything is built with error handling and logging, so failures are visible rather than silent. Issues within the delivery period are fixed at no cost, and ongoing monitoring is available as a maintenance extra.
Can I edit or extend the automation myself later?
Yes. It's built on n8n with a visual interface, fully documented, and it's yours. You or any developer can extend it without needing me.
