What do you need from me to start the API integration?
I need the API documentation link, your API keys/tokens (if required), and access to the part of your project where the integration will run. If the project is large, I may ask for a minimal runnable version to ensure I can test the integration properly.
Can you integrate an API without documentation?
I can work with private or custom APIs, but I must have either documentation, example requests/responses, or a working Postman collection. If the API has no documentation at all, I cannot guarantee a full integration.
What if the API provider is down or not working properly?
I will notify you immediately. I can only integrate APIs that function correctly on the provider’s end. If the external API is experiencing outages, errors, or unexpected behavior, I cannot be responsible for issues caused by their server.
Do you need the full project to integrate the API?
Not always. For simple integrations, partial code is fine. For complex APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, or dashboard connections, I need enough code to run and test the integration properly.
Can you integrate multiple APIs in the Standard package?
No. Standard includes one complete API. Multiple APIs, webhooks, or dashboard-connected integrations require the Premium package.
Do you handle OAuth, JWT, or token-based authentication?
Yes — I handle API keys, OAuth2, JWT, Bearer tokens, refresh tokens, and secure authentication flows. Depending on complexity, this may fall under Standard or Premium.
What if the API returns errors or doesn’t match the documentation?
If the API has incorrect or outdated documentation, invalid responses, or inconsistent behavior, I will inform you. In those cases, I can only implement what the API actually returns — not what the documentation claims.
Can you build backend endpoints or database logic for the API?
Yes — this is included in the Standard and Premium packages. Basic only covers one simple endpoint fetch.
What if my project setup or environment is broken?
If the issue is outside the API integration (e.g., broken environment, configuration issues, unrelated bugs), I will tell you before starting. Fixing unrelated project issues is not included unless added as an extra.
Do you offer refunds?
I provide clear communication before starting and only accept API work that can be completed. Once work has begun or delivered, refunds follow Fiverr policy. I always make sure you know exactly what you’re getting to avoid confusion.
