What software do you use for the analysis?
I build the 3D analysis model in ETABS, SAP2000 and SAFE, depending on the structure. Hand or spreadsheet checks back up the key results.
What do I need to send to get started?
Send your architectural plans (PDF or CAD), project location, soil bearing capacity, preferred design code and number of floors. If anything is missing, message me before ordering.
Can you design both reinforced concrete and steel structures?
Yes. I design RC and steel buildings, including slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, footings and retaining walls. For timber or masonry, please message me first.
How long does delivery take?
Small projects take about 3 days, buildings up to 4 floors about 5 days, and larger projects up to 10 days. I can deliver faster for an extra fee.

It includes design assumptions, material properties, load calculations, analysis results, member design checks and a summary of member sizes and reinforcement, all in a clear PDF.
