As a Sportswear R&D professional, my primary responsibility is conducting research and development for both new and existing products. I focus on identifying market needs and translating them into functional, well-designed sportswear that meets performance and comfort standards. My role covers the entire product development process, starting from concept and design, material selection, and fabric testing, to pattern making, garment construction, and product refinement. I also work on improving previously released products by evaluating performance, fit, and usability to ensure continuous innovation and better quality in every new version. In addition, I am responsible for preparing detailed technical documentation, including tech packs and Bills of Materials (BOM), which contain specifications for design, materials, measurements, and production guidelines. This documentation ensures product consistency, accuracy, and credibility throughout the manufacturing process. I also oversee the development of packaging and final presentation, ensuring that each product not only performs well but also reflects a strong and professional brand identity. Through this comprehensive approach, I aim to deliver sportswear products that combine functionality, quality, and thoughtful design.
