What do you need to start the project?
To start the project I usually need: • Floor plans (CAD, PDF, image or sketch) • A SketchUp model if available • Reference images or style preferences (optional) The more information you provide, the more accurate the render will be.
Can you create renders from a floor plan only?
Yes. I can create the 3D model from your floor plans and then produce the render. Please note that 3D modeling may require an additional cost depending on the project complexity.
What type of renders can you create?
I can create both interior and exterior architectural renders for houses, apartments, commercial spaces and other architectural projects.
What format will I receive?
You will receive high-resolution rendered images suitable for presentations, marketing or real estate listings. (PDF, PNG of JPEG) The SketchUp source file can also be provided as an extra.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Each package includes revisions to make small adjustments such as materials, colors or lighting.
