No. I only add or modify what's needed for the automation. Your existing formulas, formatting, and manually built columns stay untouched.
Do I need to give you access to my Google account?
No. The automation runs inside your own Google account. I only need edit access to the spreadsheet itself, which you can revoke anytime after delivery.

Can you connect this to my CRM or another external service?
Yes, through REST APIs. That usually falls under the Standard or Premium package, since it involves handling authentication and rate limits.
What if something breaks after you deliver?
Every package includes a short explanation of how the automation works, plus the revisions listed in that package. For support beyond that, we can arrange it separately.
