Do you have messy Excel or CSV data with duplicates, inconsistent formats, blank rows or information spread across multiple files? I will clean, organize and prepare your data for reliable use.

I will not invent missing information or verify data against external sources. Macros, dashboards, web scraping and online research are not included. Remove confidential information before uploading. All communication can be handled through Fiverr messages; video calls are not included.

Which file formats do you accept?
I accept Microsoft Excel files in XLSX or XLS format and CSV files. Please contact me through Fiverr messages before ordering if your data uses a different format.
What counts as one data item?
One data item normally means one row or record in the dataset. The package limit applies to the total number of rows across all files included in the order.
Can you merge multiple Excel or CSV files?
Yes. The Standard package includes up to three files and the Premium package includes up to five files, provided they have compatible columns or a clear matching rule.
How will you identify duplicate records?
Please tell me which column or combination of columns should identify a duplicate, such as email address, customer ID or order number. I will not remove uncertain records without a clear rule.
Will you preserve my formulas and formatting?
I will preserve the existing structure, formulas and formatting whenever possible. Please identify any formulas, worksheets or formatting that must remain unchanged. Complex macros and VBA development are not included.
Is my data confidential?
Please remove sensitive, personal or confidential information before uploading. Never send passwords or access credentials. I will only use the files to complete the Fiverr order and all communication will remain on Fiverr.
