I will understand your needs and what type of analysis you need, so questions will be designed thinking on the later visualizations and analysis to be done.
I will upload your survey to G Forms or MS Forms, but I can also help if you have other platforms and give me access to it.

Will I need to manage the data, survey form and dashboard?
It will be set up to be automatic but at times you may need to give maintenance, I con send you instructions. If eventually you need help from me I can give you an special price that will depend on how much changes you need.

Yes, we can negotiate recurring orders or subscription so I can help you manage the data
Do I need to give you the list of questions?
No, I can create the survey questions myself with the objective you give me. I will make suggestions and keep you informed. If you already have questions to include please let me know
The google account you will use, do I have to give it to you?
No, I will create one new and set up an email you give me as recovery account, so you can take control afterwards. But, if you want to give me the credentials or access to your google workplace, it's ok. I will adapt to your needs.
