What format should my data be in?
Any Excel or CSV export from your survey tool works. I'll handle the cleaning. If you're unsure, just share a sample and I'll confirm.
Can you analyze open-text / free comment responses?
Yes. I'll group responses into themes and provide a sentiment summary. For large volumes (500+ comments), this is included in the Premium package.
How long does the report take?
3–7 days depending on package and data complexity. I'll confirm exact timing once I've reviewed your data.
Can I get both a Power BI dashboard and a PDF report?
Yes — Standard and Premium include both. The PDF is designed for sharing with stakeholders who don't have Power BI access.
What if I don't have a lot of responses?
Even 50–100 responses can generate meaningful insights. I'll tell you what conclusions are statistically supportable and what aren't.
