Will my store go offline during the redesign?
. I work on a duplicate/staging version of your theme, so your live store stays fully functional and untouched until you approve the final design and we push it live together.
Do I need to provide my own content
It helps if you do, but if you don't have everything ready, I can work with placeholder content initially or recommend free/stock resources to fill gaps — just let me know upfront.
What Shopify plan do I need?
Any paid Shopify plan (Basic, Shopify, or Advanced) works. If you're on a free trial, that's fine too we just can't publish live until you're on a paid plan.
Will you touch my product data, inventory, or customer info?
No. This is a design/front-end service only. Your backend data (products, orders, customers, payment settings) is never modified.
Do you provide the theme, or do I need to buy one?
Depends on your needs. I can customize your existing theme, work with a free Shopify theme, or recommend/install a premium theme (cost not included in the gig price, if required).
Will the new design be mobile friendly?
Yes every redesign is built mobile-first since most Shopify traffic comes from phones.
What do you need from me to get started?
