FAQ
Which software or application do you use for designing?
I design custom planners using Canva Pro. You will receive high-resolution, print-ready PDF files (300 DPI). Editable Canva source links are available upon request for clients who need to make future edits.
Are custom offers available?
Yes! If your project has custom page counts, unique hyperlinking setups, or special design needs, please message me first. I will create a tailored custom offer specifically for your budget and timeline.
Can I see your previous work or samples?
Yes! I have designed 200+ digital planners and journals. You can view my previous work, client feedback, and live portfolio samples directly in my Gig Gallery and Review section. To maintain quality and client privacy, I do not create free custom samples prior to ordering.
Do you provide Planners or Journals with HYPERLINKS?
Yes! Interactive hyperlinked digital planners for GoodNotes and iPad apps are available as a premium gig add-on ($150). Message me prior to ordering to discuss your custom hyperlinking requirements.
What is your revision policy for hyperlinked digital planners?
Revisions on design and layout are only allowed BEFORE hyperlinks are added. Once you approve the final design layout, hyperlinks are applied and NO further layout revisions can be made. Please review carefully before approving!
Can I get mockups?
Yes! Professional 3D product mockups are available as a gig extra ($15). These high-quality visual mockups are perfect for showcasing your planners on Etsy, websites, or marketing listings.
Are these planner designs ready for commercial use on Etsy and KDP?
Yes! All printable planners and digital journals come with full commercial rights. Designs are formatted according to Etsy digital download and Amazon KDP print-ready guidelines.
What topics are not included in your services?
I design all niches including business, fitness, spiritual, and wellness. However, I do not create adult, offensive, or illegal content. Feel free to message me to double-check your specific topic!
