I founded Brand Consulting Corporation in 2013 and developed it into a Qatar-based consulting platform supporting startups, entrepreneurs, corporations and international companies with business strategy, market entry, fundraising readiness, corporate services, events and digital transformation. Over the years, I have advised and supported more than 500 businesses across multiple industries and international markets. My experience includes engagements involving government institutions, established companies, SMEs, technology ventures, investors and early-stage founders. In Qatar, I lead company-establishment and market-entry engagements under the Qatar Financial Centre and Ministry of Commerce and Industry frameworks. I help clients evaluate suitable licensing routes and coordinate company registration, operational readiness, corporate banking support, government-service requirements, strategic partnerships and market-entry planning. I have helped founders transform early-stage ideas into structured and commercially viable ventures by developing business models, value propositions, revenue strategies, feasibility studies, pitch decks, investor presentations, funding roadmaps and go-to-market plans. My role is to identify critical gaps, strengthen the business case and prepare founders for investor discussions and due diligence. I also conceptualize and lead MICE programs, corporate events, product launches, startup boot camps, executive workshops, investor presentations and Web Summit-related programs. My contribution covers event strategy, program architecture, sponsorship development, speaker coordination, promotion, presentation support and participant engagement.
