Do you need access to my Shopify store?
Yes, most fixes require Shopify collaborator access. I'll request only the permissions needed for the agreed work. I back up your theme before applicable code changes. You can revoke access after delivery. Never share your Shopify password.
Can you fix any Shopify bug?
I can fix many Shopify theme, cart, layout and functionality issues. However, some problems involve third-party apps, Shopify platform restrictions or complex custom development. Please message me first so I can assess the issue and confirm what's possible.
What counts as one bug fix?
One bug fix is one clearly defined issue agreed before work begins, such as a broken button or mobile layout problem. Basic covers 1 minor bug, Standard up to 3 and Premium up to 5. Complex issues may require a custom quote regardless of the number of bugs.
Will you fix problems on mobile devices?
Yes. I can investigate and fix mobile layout problems, overlapping elements, broken menus, unresponsive buttons and other responsive design issues. I'll test the affected functionality at relevant screen sizes before delivery.
Can you fix Shopify cart and checkout problems?
I can investigate add-to-cart buttons, cart drawers, cart updates and other storefront issues. Shopify checkout customisation has platform and plan restrictions, so some checkout changes may not be possible. Please describe your problem before ordering.
Will your fixes affect my store's design or other features?
My aim is to fix the agreed problems without disrupting your store's appearance or functionality. I back up the theme before applicable code changes and test the affected areas. If a fix requires a visible design change, I'll discuss it with you first.
What happens if you discover additional problems?
I'll explain any additional issues I discover, but I won't make unapproved changes or charge you unexpectedly. Bugs outside the agreed scope can be addressed through a separate Fiverr offer if you want them fixed.
