FAQ
Why are my Google Ads disapproved for compromised site or malicious software?
Google found malware, hidden code, or suspicious redirects on your website. Until the site is cleaned and the ads are resubmitted, the ads will stay blocked.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website login, hosting access, and a screenshot of the disapproval message. If you want me to handle resubmission, I'll also need access to your Google Ads account.
Which websites do you work on?
WordPress is my main focus. Message me before ordering if your site runs on Shopify or another platform, so I can confirm I can handle it.
Can you guarantee my ads will be approved?
No one can. Google makes the final decision. I remove the cause, check the site, and guide your resubmission so you have the best chance of approval.
How long does the fix take?
Simple cases are often done in 1 to 2 days. Heavily infected sites take longer. Google's review after resubmission can add extra time.
