Do I need to give you WordPress admin access?
Yes, admin login is required for all fixes, so I can diagnose and repair the issue directly.
What if my site has more than 3 bugs?
Message me the full list before ordering. If it's beyond Basic scope, I'll recommend Standard or Premium, or send a custom offer if it's a larger job.
What if the fix takes longer than the package covers?
I'll tell you before continuing if an issue turns out more complex than expected — no extra charges without your approval first.
Do you guarantee the bug won't come back?
I fix the root cause, not just the symptom, so recurrence is rare. If the same issue returns within 7 days of delivery, I'll fix it again at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
