Something in NetSuite stopped working and nobody can tell you why.
Usually it's one of these:
A SuiteScript that throws an error, or silently does nothing
A workflow firing on the wrong record, or not firing at all
A user who can see too much, or can't see what they need
A saved search returning the wrong rows
A PDF template printing blank fields
An integration that worked last month and doesn't now
I read the script execution log first. Most of the time the answer is sitting in there and nobody has looked. Then I reproduce it in your sandbox, fix the real cause, and tell you in plain English what went wrong.
I don't patch over things. If a script fails because of a governance-heavy loop, I'll say that instead of wrapping it in a try/catch.
What I need from you: sandbox access, the record where it goes wrong, and what you expected to happen.

Do you need access to my NetSuite account?
Yes. Sandbox is ideal. Give me a role with script and workflow access plus permission to see the record that's failing. If you only have production, I'll be careful and tell you before I change anything.
What if the problem turns out to be a setting, not a script?
I'll tell you that and fix the setting. A lot of NetSuite issues people call bugs are really a form, a role, or a field setting. Either way you get the problem solved, not a lecture about scope.
Someone else wrote the script. Will you still work on it?
Yes, that's most of this work. I read the code, understand what it was meant to do, and fix it. If the script is beyond saving I'll say so and quote you separately for a rewrite rather than charging you to patch it forever.
