1. App URL (live or staging) and the flows to test, in order of importance, up to your package limit.
2. Do you own this app or have the owner's permission to have it tested? Yes / No.
3. What should we avoid? (e.g. actions that send real emails, charge cards or create real orders). Is checkout in test mode?
4. What was it built with? Lovable / Bolt / Replit / Cursor / v0 / Other / Not sure.
5. Please create a separate test account for this order with no real customer data, and share its login on the order page. Delete or change its password after delivery. Never send your own or a customer's real login.
6. Launch date and any known bugs you already know about.
7. Do you have any requirements about how the work is done, such as no AI tools? No / Yes, I'll explain in a message.

FAQ
Do you test on real iPhones and Android phones?
No. I use emulated phone screen sizes in desktop browsers. That catches most layout issues but not device-specific bugs.
Can you test pages behind a login?
Premium only, using a separate test account you create for this order. I sign in myself. Please don't share real customer accounts.
Will you make real payments?
No. I test checkout up to the payment step, or in your payment provider's test mode if you have it switched on
Do you use AI?
Yes. The work is AI-assisted and human-reviewed. Tools and AI run checks and draft findings; I reproduce and check each finding, fix or remove what's wrong and add my own notes. If you need it done without AI tools, message me before ordering and I'll explain how the work is done.
Do you fix the bugs?
No. You get a clear bug report you or your AI tool can work from.
Is this a security or load test?
No. It's a functional pre-launch check. Security and load testing aren't included.
Does this guarantee a bug-free launch?
No. It's a focused check of the flows you pick; it reduces risk but can't promise there are no bugs.
What do I receive?
A PDF bug report (and short videos on Premium) delivered through Fiverr, with steps to reproduce, severity and my reviewer notes.
