About this gig

I will build a document Q&A chatbot with source citations. We agree on a set of questions and check the answers against your documents.


Basic includes one batch of up to 50 text-based PDF pages, a private web chat and a 10-question test report. Standard supports up to 300 pages and adds individual user logins, document re-upload and 25 test questions. Premium supports up to 1,000 pages, two access roles and 50 test questions.


All packages cover one document language and one model provider, with spend limits. You receive source code, setup notes and deployment to one agreed environment on your hosting. API and hosting fees are separate.


The backend uses FastAPI and PostgreSQL/pgvector. The report covers retrieval and citation checks, including errors and questions the documents cannot answer.


Scanned PDFs/OCR, complex tables, live data connectors and SSO need a custom quote. My DocQA demo and evaluation report are in my portfolio.
