I will add real time video, voice and chat to your web app

I spent about two years building Okomo, a product that puts a website visitor into a live video, voice or chat session with a human expert. Angular front end, Node.js services, WebRTC and Twilio underneath, running in production every day.

Real time is where most projects get stuck. The demo works on your laptop, then it fails on a corporate network, or on Safari, or when both people are on a phone. I have already met those problems and fixed them.

WHAT I CAN BUILD

• One to one or multi party video and voice calls
• - Live chat next to the call
• - Screen sharing and call recording
• - Twilio fallback when a direct peer connection cannot be made
• - Signalling server on Node.js, with TURN and STUN set up properly
• - Availability and routing, so the call reaches the right person
