Turn a messy CSV into a consistent file you can check and reuse.
For one UTF-8 CSV of up to 100 data rows and 10 columns (2 MB maximum), I will apply agreed rules to trim whitespace, standardize selected text/date formats, remove exact or agreed-key duplicates, and flag invalid or conflicting records. Missing facts are never invented.
You receive a cleaned CSV, a separate exception list, and a short count-based audit explaining what changed. Your original stays unchanged. Basic email checks cover syntax only, not whether an inbox exists.
Please provide the source file, desired column names and formats, duplicate rule, and a few examples of the expected result. UTF-8 Vietnamese text is welcome.

Does this include an Excel workbook?
The promised output is CSV. An XLSX workbook, formulas or dashboard needs a separately agreed scope.
What does one revision cover?
One correction to the delivered result under the original input and agreed rules. A new file, schema or workflow is a scope change.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for assistance with scripts and review. I validate the output. Please do not order if your project prohibits AI assistance.
