As the Co-Founder and Principal Architect at arqtú, I balance creative visionary leadership with strategic business operations. My role spans the entire lifecycle of a project, from the initial client handshake and conceptual design to construction supervision and final delivery. I am responsible for driving the firm’s design philosophy while managing business growth and client relations. Key Activities & Responsibilities Design Leadership & Creative Direction: Head the conceptualization and development of architectural and interior design projects. I translate client visions into functional, aesthetically striking spaces, ensuring every project aligns with arqtú’s quality standards. Project & Site Management: Oversee the execution of projects on-site, conducting technical visits to ensure construction accurately reflects architectural plans, budgets, and timelines. Client Relations & Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. I manage presentations, pitch new proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships throughout the design process. Technical & Regulatory Coordination: Develop detailed executive projects, detailing technical drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams (structural, electrical, HVAC) to ensure seamless project integration. Business Operations & Strategy: Drive the firm's administrative and financial health, managing cash flow, defining growth strategies, and overseeing marketing and branding initiatives to expand arqtú’s market presence.
