● Developed booking and RAG chatbots (with multi-channel support: WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.) in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, vector search, and API backends. ● Real-time AI outbound calling enacted through the implementation of the combination of Twilio and streaming LLM APIs, such as call flow logic and event handling. ● Created authenticated REST APIs and background jobs using FastAPI, background task queues, and cron to send all the queries that were not solved to the email system and cron to send all the queries that were solved to the CRM system. ● Using Bull/BullMQ to send confirmation and follow-up messages in channels like WhatsApp and SMS. ● Implemented and integrated various CRMs and scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mindbody, Calendly) to push leads, bookings, and contact information in line with chatbot and calling processes.
