Dipto was absolutely fantastic to work with! he formatted both my Epub layout beautifully. What I appreciated most was her responsiveness and patience; when Amazon KDP threw a couple of minor dimension errors due to my paper choices, Dipto stepped in immediately and fixed the files perfectly within minutes....
