FAQ
What is manual vector tracing?
Manual vector tracing is the process of redrawing your logo or image by hand in Adobe Illustrator, ensuring smooth curves, clean edges, and fully editable vector paths. Unlike auto-trace, it guarantees professional quality and scalability.
What file types do you accept?
I accept JPEG, PNG, PSD, PDF, and scanned sketches. If you have another format, feel free to message me first.
What file formats will I receive?
You’ll get AI, EPS, SVG and PDF. High-resolution PNG, JPG, or PSD files are also included for print or web use.
Can you redraw low-resolution or blurry logos?
Yes! I can convert any low-resolution or blurry logo into a sharp, scalable vector file suitable for print and digital use.
Can you edit my existing vector file?
Absolutely. I can clean, modify colors, adjust shapes, or match fonts in your existing vector files.
Is this service suitable for printing?
Yes. All files are print-ready, color-separated if needed, and suitable for T-shirts, banners, vinyl, embroidery, POD, and more.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Delivery time depends on the complexity of your design. Standard orders usually take 24–48 hours, and complex logos may take longer.

Ongoing collaborationI wasn't made aware that I needed to accept the order before the watermarks were removed. I did not accept the order due to the watermarks, and this created a long delay

Ongoing collaborationI split my purchase up because I was not sure if I would need the vector in the end. If you’re thinking of getting this artists work, go ahead and pay for everything all at once as their work is IMPECCABLE! I am so happy with the final product, and to have everything done in less than 36 hours? Incredible....
