What's the difference between mixing and mastering?
Mixing balances and blends all the individual elements of your track (vocals, drums, instruments, effects). Mastering takes the finished mix and optimizes it for loudness, clarity, and playback consistency across all devices and platforms.
What file formats do you accept, and is there a stem limit?
I accept Logic Pro, GarageBand, WAV, MP3, and full stem sets of up to 25 stems. For the cleanest results, submit a WAV or high-resolution export with 3-6 dB of headroom before the master bus limiter. If you're submitting stems, label them clearly and include a rough mix for reference.
What files will I receive when the project is complete?
Deliverables depend on the package you select, but can include your source file, a high-quality stereo WAV, and an MP3.
Will my music be loud enough to compete on streaming platforms?
Yes! Every master is targeted to current streaming loudness standards. Your track will be loud and competitive without triggering normalization penalties that quietly reduce your volume on playlist playback.
What if I'm not satisfied with the mix or master?
I stay in communication throughout the process and make adjustments until you're fully confident releasing it. If at any point you're not satisfied with the work, you're covered by a full refund guarantee.
