Making a website is alright, but nothing comparable to a full fledged application in Windows, like one you'll get from this gig. For the basic plan, I'll make an application (.exe) that you can install using an installer, which does what you need. For the Material UI, you'll get a beautiful and elegant application which does it. However, if you have a complex application requirement, with a UI need, then the Advanced plan will get your work done!
