FAQ
What will be the project file format?
For Vtubers it will be in .vrm OR .vroid. For VR-Chat customers, I will upload it to their VR-Chat account from my computer. OR If you don't want to share your VR-Chat's credentials then you can use unity(it's used for game development)and I'll guide you through a simple way to upload it yourself.

The delivery felt like a downgrade from the original, yes the blendshapes have been reworked to fit with the avatar. But, the uv map looks like it went through one of the most unusual downgrades compared to the original blender file I have sent, though he was quick to work and fix the poor uv, its not...
