Yes. You must provide the original .zip file(s) for the theme or plugins, along with any license keys required for activation. I do not provide paid themes or plugins.
What do you need to get started?
I will need your WordPress admin login details (URL, username, and password). If we are doing a fresh setup or troubleshooting server issues, hosting/cPanel access may also be required.
Will importing demo content overwrite my existing website data?
If you have an existing live website with content, importing a new demo can sometimes create duplicate pages or overwrite layout settings. I always recommend taking a backup first or letting me check your site before importing.
Can you help if my theme demo import fails or gets stuck?
Yes! Demo import failures are usually caused by server memory limits (max_execution_time or upload_max_filesize). I can adjust these server settings and complete the import for you under the Standard or Premium package.
