Migration from Quickbooks to Zoho Books and vice versa including Chart of Accounts, Customers, Suppliers, Products, Sales, Payments Received, Bills, Expenses, Payment Made, Journal Entries, etc. Charges are $10 per hour of effort in migration. Final quotation will be provided after evaluating the number and nature of transactions.

Scope of work will include the following:

Migration of transactions with tweaks as needed due to change in the structure of both the applications.
Matching of financials for each year of migration.
Initial training if needed by the customer/employees on a chargeable basis (remote).

Exclusions:

Purchase of license.
Setting up of templates as we believe that this can be best setup by the marketing team or a person managing the business on a daily basis.
Migration of attachments. This is a manual process and the cost will be quoted separately. The charges are calculated @$6 per hour.
Data is migrated on as-is basis hence the accuracy of accounting in the base system is not checked by us.
