FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your content (site URL, docs, PDFs, help center export, or past support tickets) and a short list of questions the bot must answer well. That's enough to start. If your content isn't organized yet, send it as-is and I'll handle the cleanup.
Will the bot make things up?
That's the main thing I engineer against. The bot answers only from your content, cites its sources, and is instructed to say it doesn't know rather than guess. Where it isn't confident, it hands off to a human instead of improvising.
Which package do I need?
Starter if you want to test the idea on one source. Production RAG if this goes in front of real customers. Full Deploy if it must run on your own infrastructure with fresh data. Not sure? Message me what you need and I'll say which one fits.
Do I own the code, and what does it cost to run?
You own everything. No lock-in to my accounts or a monthly fee to me. Running costs are just your own model API usage, usually a few dollars a month at small volume. I can also use open models so it runs at near zero cost.
Can the bot answer in other languages?
Yes. The models handle major languages well, and the bot can reply in whatever language the customer writes in, even when your source content is only in English. I've shipped multilingual AI content systems before. Multi-language is included in Premium.
