Have a folder full of invoices or receipts that needs to be organized? Send me the files, and Ill turn them into one clean, easy-to-review Excel workbook.
Each invoice or receipt will have its own row. Depending on the information shown, I can enter the vendor, date, invoice or receipt number, subtotal, tax, additional charges, discount, total, currency, payment status, and payment method.
Your workbook will also include a helpful summary and a separate review sheet for possible duplicates, missing details, or anything that is unclear.
I accept PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP files. Clear scans and phone photos are welcome as long as the information is readable.
This service covers document-level data entry. Individual products or services listed inside each invoice or receipt are not entered separately. If you need line-by-line entry, have handwritten documents, or are sending an unusual batch, please message me before ordering.

What file types can I send?
I accept PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP files. Clear scans and phone photos are fine as long as the text and amounts are readable.
What counts as one document?
One invoice or receipt file counts as one document. If one file contains several separate documents or an unusually large number of pages, please message me before ordering.
What information will be included in the spreadsheet?
The workbook can include the vendor, date, invoice or receipt number, subtotal, tax, additional charges, discount, total, currency, payment status, and payment method when shown.
Is this a line-by-line bookkeeping service?
No. This Gig creates one organized row for each invoice or receipt. Individual products or services listed inside the document are not entered separately.
Can you process documents with different currencies?
Yes. Each document keeps its original currency, and totals for different currencies are kept separate rather than combined.
What happens if information is missing or difficult to read?
Unclear or missing information will not be guessed. It will either be left blank or marked for review in the finished workbook.
Which package should I choose?

What does a revision include?
A revision covers corrections to the delivered workbook based on the original files you submitted. New documents or a change in the original scope may require an additional order.
