Led technical design and detailing phases for residential developments using Revit. Coordinated BIM models with structural and MEP engineers to resolve design clashes prior to construction. Prepared and submitted comprehensive planning permission, fire safety and access application certificate applications. Conducted site inspections to ensure construction alignment with approved technical working drawings.
