I will fix emails going to spam with spf, dkim and dmarc setup
Email deliverability and DNS fixes by a former ISP Linux admin
About this Gig
Are your emails ending up in spam, or not arriving at all? Most of the time the cause is in your domain's DNS: missing or broken SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, or a service sending email in your name that was never set up properly.
I worked as a Linux admin at an internet provider, running mail servers and DNS for business customers. Fixing this is everyday work for me.
What I do:
- check your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and fix what's wrong
- make sure every service that sends as you (website, CRM, newsletter tool) is covered
- check your domain and server against major blacklists
- send real test emails and read the headers to confirm the fix
- explain in plain English what was wrong, so it doesn't come back
Works with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, cPanel and hosting email, Brevo, Mailchimp, SendGrid and WordPress contact forms.

FAQ
Do I need to give you my password?
Preferably not. Most DNS providers (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap and others) let you add me as a user with limited access. If that's not possible, I'll send you the exact records and walk you through adding them.
How fast will it work?
DNS changes usually take effect within an hour, occasionally up to 48 hours. I re-test as soon as they're live.
Will my email stop working while you fix it?
No. Changes are made so your email keeps working the whole time.
What if my emails still go to spam after the fix?
Correct authentication fixes most cases. If something else is the cause, like the content of your emails or a brand-new domain with no reputation yet, I'll tell you exactly what it is and what to do about it.
Do you set up domains for cold email?
I set up authentication for new sending domains. I don't run warm-up services or send email campaigns.
