Can an Azure pipeline extract data from on-premise sources?
Yes. The easiest way to do this is installing a Self Hosted Integration Runtime on any machine in your local network. A pipeline can connect to any on-premise data through this.
Do you need access to my Azure tenant?
I would appreciate guest access to resources where you'd like these pipelines built. This may be an Azure Data Factory or Synapse Analytics Workspace. Developing in your tenant minimizes bugs and improves feedback time.
What kinds of data sources do you have experience with?
In my previous projects, I integrated a variety of source data, ranging from traditional SQL databases to more modern sources such as NoSQL databases, APIs, and web scraped data.
We have components in our tech stack that you do not have experience with. Will you still be able to develop pipelines for us?
Of course! I'm always learning about new technologies and services that I haven't used before. I'm able to find a way forward using a combination of my own research and discussions with you.
