My love for training started when I was introduced to sports at a young age. I fell in love with movement of the human body, and all of the possibilities of movement. Throughout my career of learning and exploring, I had the privilege to train D1 American football, basketball, soccer, baseball, and lacrosse players. I have also managed fitness facilities, such as Federal Reserve Bank's Fitness Center in Philadelphia. I write training programs and fitness articles tailored to the request of the individual to share my knowledge and reach as much people as possible.
