FAQ
Do you design logos too?
Yes, Contact me before placing an order! :)
What do you need from us to get started?
Just your brand basics — logo, product info, and any brand guidelines you have. We'll handle the technical build, structure, and setup from there.
Is the domain name included?
Yes — if you don't already have one, we'll help you register it as part of the build.
Do you offer flexible pricing for smaller budgets?
Message us with your goals and budget, and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable at that level, or point you to the package that fits.
What's included with a custom Shopify theme?
We build on Shopify's Online Store 2.0 architecture and customize it fully to your brand — layout, sections, and functionality — rather than using an unedited off-the-shelf theme.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes — every project includes a month of complimentary support after delivery, and we're happy to continue working together beyond that.
Can you help with marketing after launch?
We set up the analytics and marketing foundation — GA4, Meta Pixel, and Klaviyo — so you're ready to run campaigns from day one. We're also available for ongoing CRO and marketing support if you want it.
Can we see examples of your work?
Yes — check the gig gallery above for real client builds, and our case studies (including a client who grew to £5.73M in revenue) are linked in the description.
