How do the package row limits work?
Limits count final product/variant rows: Basic 50, Standard 200, Premium 500. Source data must map deterministically. Manual judgment, missing-data reconstruction, unusual structures or substantial exceptions require custom review/quote or decline.
Do you need Shopify access, and what files can I send?
No passwords or collaborator/admin access are needed. Send XLSX or CSV only. Macros are not executed; suspicious executable, macro-enabled or embedded-object files are rejected or quarantined. Malware-free scanning is not promised. You import the prepared file into your own store.
