I will build a messaging bot for bookings and customer support

I run a specialty air-conditioner cleaning business in Japan. I have no formal background in computer science everything I know, I taught myself by building the systems that actually run my business.

Right now, in production: a LINE messaging bot that handles bookings and FAQs, a Google Calendar system that closes double-booking gaps automatically, and a weekly report that pulls ad, search, and review data into one AI-generated summary all built and maintained solo, tested against real customers every week.

I'm not selling a portfolio piece. I'm selling the same tooling that keeps a one-person service business running without me manually checking three dashboards a day.
