I will offer life coaching using tools for body, mind or spirit
About this Gig
As a life coach, my job is to listen to your need or goal, then help you formulate plans to meet that need or goal. Whether weight loss, stress management, desired habit formation or conflict resolution, there is a good chance I can help--or steer you to resources that can. I am an encourager by nature, but I have extensive study and experience in physical fitness, nutrition, conflict communication, philosophy and spirituality to draw from. Although I offer non-spiritual coaching if preferred, I have extensive experience and passion in Christian life-coaching.
The key to forming healthy life change is to determine realistic goals, set them, incrementally establish mini-goals and first steps, then encourage you and hold you accountable to the process. This requires important personal assessments, and I can gladly help you determine where you are and where you want to eventually be.
Nothing pleases me more than to see my clients grow into power new places in life with goals and missions accomplished. Let me help you discover your own journey today!

FAQ
Do you offer any free consultation?
While I do not offer an initial free consult, I am glad to answer questions for free about my services to see if my coaching might be a good help for you.
What are examples of coaching you have offered?
I have coached people in these categories: weight loss, weightlifting, depression, fitness & nutrition, spiritual life, conflict resolution, habit formation, goal attainment, relationships, employment acquisition, academic study, public speaking, team-building, writing mechanics, stress management.
How are you different from a professional counselor?
My coaching is not confined to specific practices in psychology or the social sciences. While they do offer things I cannot, I also offer a wide array of tips, tools & techs in varying disciplines that they cannot or often do not. My approach draws for body, mind & spirit, which has some advantages.
