I design business and administrative systems for GLP-1, longevity and other recurring-care clinics, with a US-first focus and suitable international work. My work connects Visibility, Patient Growth, Patient Retention, Operations, Analytics and Scale. Depending on the agreed scope, that can include public website and competitor reviews, workflow design, operating procedures, AI assistant requirements, implementation planning, testing and measurement. I define what an AI assistant may do, what information it needs, how its work is checked and when it must hand over to a person. Clinical decisions remain with each clinic’s qualified team.
