I will beta read your book

Beta reading comes after your 3rd self polished draft.

As a beta reader, I will read your book cover to cover to see how engaging, confusing, boring or exciting it is.

I will evaluate the pacing of your story, where something feels rushed, where it drags, where its too fast, as well as if the ending feels earned or rushed.

I will evaluate your characters on whether they are likable, frustrating, flat, etc.

I will also be evaluating your world building as well as spotting any plot holes or anything that might strike confusion in a reader that wasn't caught in earlier stages of editing.

I use Google Docs suggesting mode while I read your book. This allows me to mark up your book without making changes to it. If you're confused on what this is, YouTube it and return. If this makes you uncomfortable, then I will make my notes on a separate page.
